The work of the ILMA Foundation would not be possible without the support of generous donors like you. Your tax-deductible contribution will empower the next generation of leaders and allow the Foundation to expand its reach and impact.
Scholarship opportunities for undergrad, graduate, and community and technical education (CTE) students.
The ILMA Foundation has awarded more than $1 million to 232 deserving young students, and has expanded its mission to include industry education and training programs. The scholarship application period for the 2027-2028 school year will open in March 2027.
The ILMA Foundation Endowment Fund
Established to ensure the long-term sustainability and growth of the ILMA Foundation, the Endowment Fund was created to expand opportunities for education, workforce development, and industry advancement. With a goal of reaching $2 million, the Fund is designed to provide lasting support for scholarships, training programs, and initiatives that strengthen the future of the independent lubricant manufacturing industry.
Thanks to the generosity of our donors, we have already surpassed the $1 million milestone! This is a significant achievement that reflects the industry’s shared commitment to investing in its future. But the work is not done.
Continued support of the Endowment Fund is critical to building a strong talent pipeline, supporting the next generation of industry leaders, and ensuring the Foundation can make an even greater impact for years to come. Every contribution moves us closer to our goal — and helps move the industry forward.
