Cancellations before Friday, March 27 will be granted a refund less a $225 administrative fee to cover credit card processing fees and other expenses related to registration.

Cancellations requested on Friday, March 27 or later will not be refunded except for documented medical issues and will be considered on a case-by-case basis. A $350 cancellation fee will apply.

The form below must be submitted for cancellations requested after Friday, March 27.

If you can no longer attend but would like to transfer your Annual Meeting meeting registration to another ILMA member, please contact Tim Mack.
