Online registration is now closed. You may still register at the meeting in Base Camp. For a complete schedule of when Base Camp is open, visit the Schedule of Events page.

ILMA Registration Fees
Registration Fees
Fees include admission to all meeting and social functions, except as noted.
ILMA Member:
Registration Fee: $725
Non Member:
First Time Attendee: $2,250
Repeat Attendee: $3,500
Spouse/Guest:
Registration Fee: $225
Spouses and guests (18 years and older) must register at the spouse/guest fee to attend ILMA social or business functions.
- An employee of an ILMA Member Company must pay the Member Registration Fee, unless they are the spouse or significant other of the attendee.
- ILMA prohibits attendance at business functions and Base Camp to those under the age of 12.
Non-Member Management Forum Fees:
Non-Member First Time Attendees: $2,250
An individual or their company that has never attended an ILMA Meeting. (The cost includes 2010 membership dues if the company applies for membership within three months.)
If you are attending as a Non-Member, first time attendee, and are interested in joining the Association, please note that registering for the meeting is the first step. The second step is submitting an ILMA Membership Application to the ILMA office for review by the Board of Directors. These can be downloaded online here, or by contacting Jamal Jones at 703-684-5574 or jjones@ilma.org.
Non-Member Repeat Attendees: $3,500
An individual or company that has attended previous ILMA meetings and is currently not a member of the Association.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- All refund requests must be made in writing.
- Full refund (less $75 processing fee) through Friday, February 26, 2010.
- 50% refund from March 1 through March 12, 2010.
- No refunds will be granted after March 13, 2010. Exceptions may only be granted by the Executive Director.
