To register for the 2010 Annual Meeting, complete the online registration and submit with full payment, or download the meeting and sports registration forms below and fax or mail to:

You can register only one attendee and one spouse/guest online, and you can only register online once. If you need to add a spouse or guest, tours or sports tournament registrations after you've registered online, please download the forms and fax them in.
To qualify for Early Registration and to be included on the registration list, your registration must be submitted by August 27, 2010.
Spouses and guests (18 years of age and older) must register at the spouse/guest fee to attend ILMA social and business functions.
An employee of an ILMA Member Company must pay the Member Registration Fee, unless they are the spouse or significant other of the attendee.
ILMA prohibits attendance at business functions and Base Camp to those under the age of 12.

Be certain you receive a confirmation message verifying you have successfully registered.
Registration confirmation will be sent by email within 10 business days of receipt.
ILMA REGINSTRATION FEES
Member Annual Meeting Fees:
Fees include admission to all meeting and social functions, except as noted.
ILMA Member:
Early Registration Fee: $845 — Register by August 27, 2010
Registration Fee: $945 — After August 27, 2010
Spouse/Guest:
Registration Fee: $300
Non-Member Annual Meeting Fees:
Non-Member First Time Attendees: $2,150
An individual whose company is not a member and has never attended an ILMA meeting.
If you are attending as a non-member first time attendee, and are interested in joining the Association, please contact Jamal Jones at jjones@ilma.org or 703-684-5574 to discuss your options for joining. If a company applies for membership before the meeting, all attendees from that company may attend at the member rate. If a company applies for membership within the three months following a meeting, where an attendee paid the non-member first time attendee rate, the meeting will include membership dues.
Non-Member Repeat Attendees: $3,500
An individual or company that has attended previous ILMA meetings and is currently not a member of the Association.
CANCELLATION POLICY
All refund requests must be made in writing.
Full refund (less $75 processing fee) up to August 27, 2010.
50% refund from August 28 - September 17, 2010.
No refunds will be granted after September 17, 2010. Exceptions will be considered by the Executive Director after the meeting.
